All financial transactions on the phbetv Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phbetv supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phbetv's discretion.
Deposits are credited to your phbetv wallet upon confirmation of receipt by phbetv's payment processing systems. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. phbetv does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phbetv reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. You must not use the phbetv Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. phbetv is required by Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Any account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
phbetv may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

phbetv reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement, or placed in circumstances that phbetv reasonably believes constitute abuse of the Platform or its systems. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and events on the phbetv Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and may be adjusted by phbetv at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phbetv Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phbetv.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbetv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime or technical errors.
phbetv's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbetv account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phbetv does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phbetv will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and to notify users of scheduled maintenance periods in advance.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may be forfeited at phbetv's discretion.
